Jon Adams

I recently re-joined the National Property Auctions team in September 2022 as their Viewing Agent, having previously occupied the role from 2015-2020. I have worked within the property industry as a Viewing Agent for the past 11 years, however before that I had a varying career in the leisure industry; working as a lifeguard and a personal trainer. I’m excited to be part of the National Property team again and to get to know some of the new faces here, as well as getting out and about again meeting our clients – both regular and new. It’s my favourite part of the job! When I’m not at work, I enjoy keeping active whether that be with walking, swimming, badminton, or playing a bit of snooker at the weekend.

I joined the National Property team in the summer of 2021 with the role of overseeing the company’s marketing activities. I’ve worked within marketing in the property industry for a number of years, having previously worked in the retirement housebuilding sector. My position sees me working closely with our sales team to effectively market the various properties that come through our doors, to the wider promotion of our business as we aim to educate more people on the benefits of buying and selling property at auction! Out of work, I enjoy travelling and visiting new places whenever I can – whether a day trip in Scotland or a long weekend in a European city!

Nicole Mann

I have been actively involved in the property industry for over seven years with experience in both estate agency and lettings. I originally joined National Property Auctions as an administrator and I now form part of our highly experienced valuers’ team where I assist clients on taking the first steps into selling their property. I think it’s important to be both informative and understanding, and I’m always happy just to have a chat and offer my advice. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me somewhere around the West End of Glasgow, although I enjoy getting out of the city and in the sun whenever possible!

I’ve recently joined National Property Auctions as the company’s Viewing Agent, responsible for conducting viewings of our properties and liaising with our clients to provide regular viewing feedback. With a background in sales having previously worked for Sky, I’m used to speaking with a range of customers and helping them along their sales journey, and I’m delighted to be able to continue this within a new industry in my role at National Property Auctions. I’ll be out and about regularly, so you’ll likely meet me if you come to view any of our properties!

Ross McGinley

I am a business development & property valuer at National Property Auctions in Glasgow. I have been in estate agency since 1999 and have worked with some amazing people, learning from some of the best in the industry. I’m passionate about property, work hard, and enjoy using my experience to help customers on their moving journeys whether buying or selling. I advise homeowners, builders and developers with the marketing and sale of their properties, and have helped from the initial appraisal, through an effective marketing campaign, to the point of sale. I live in the south side of Glasgow with my wife and two kids. When the kids aren’t tiring me out, I enjoy being active and outdoors as much as I can!

Ann-Marie Henderson

I am the Property Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper at National Property Auctions having joined the team in January 2020. I enjoy the attention to detail required when working with financial accounts and have worked in this capacity for many years, mainly in Stornoway in the Outer Hebrides where I used to live. Out of the office, I enjoy going on holidays in the sun, concerts, walking our dog Angus, and acting as a taxi driver to my husband and son when they go to watch their favourite football team!

I look after business development at National Property Auctions and have been involved with the company for more than 6 and a half years, having previously operated a pre and post tenancy services business. My key role in the business is to create and build relationships with partner agencies – estate/letting agents, solicitors, corporate institutions, deal packagers, sourcers, etc. – to offer the speed and security of sale uniquely offered by auction as a valuable addition to their existing business. I live in East Kilbride and, outside of work, I am a keen golfer although my enthusiasm somewhat outweighs my ability! I also enjoy the occasional glass of wine – a trip to the Napa Valley wine region is high on my bucket list.

I have just recently joined the company, but I do believe people buy from people, and I am a true people person and pride myself in delivering a great customer experience. With 13 years’ experience in letting, buying and selling property, I will guide vendor’s and potential buyers through the whole process. My focus is to deliver a great customer experience from the moment they get in contact and I will be at the end of the phone to offer advice and support throughout the journey. When away from work, I enjoy spending time with the family and playing golf and football. The picture doesn’t do me justice so feel free to pop into the office and meet me as I’m hotter in person!

Angela McLardie

My role at National Property Auctions is Head of Accounts. I started with the company in 2013 as Administrator, however as the team grew so did my job. I soon became Senior Administrator and took on an extra member of staff to take over my job, allowing me to move into our Accounts department, where I have been since May 2019. I like to think I am very approachable and more than happy to help anyone or steer them in the right direction. I’m married with one daughter and a grand-daughter (even though I’m too young to be a Granny!). I enjoy going to keep fit classes in my local gym, going on holiday and probably spend the same amount of time in Benidorm as I do here! I also enjoy socialising with my friends and work colleagues, and very rarely say no to a night out!
